Whether you are watching Major Leaguers, high school players, or Little Leaguers, every batter’s stance and approach at the plate is different. Each hitter needs to find a stance and position in the box that makes him feel comfortable and allows him to take consistent swings.

Despite the fact every hitter initially takes a different approach, all succesful hitters have the same hand position at the start of their swings.
