Believe it or not, but coaches also have practices! Coach Lallis and Coach Parks recently participated in a coaching clinic run by Westfield Varsity Coach Cook!

A lot of great information was shared, including practice ideas and warm up plans. It was great that Coach Cook took the time to help out the Westfield Baseball program!
