On a chilly and overcast Sundy morning, Westfield White beat New Providence Gold by a final score of 14-4.

Nico earned the win by pitching two strong innings, allowing only one run while striking out four. Troy backed him up by pitching two strong innings in relief, tallying four strikeouts of his own.

At the plate, Henry paced the team wtih three hits and three RBIs. Nico and Bo had two hits apiece and Lucas had three hits. Westfield White also was sharp on the bases, hustling all game and taking the extra base. Jack, Graham, and Nico each had two RBIs.

The highlight defensively was a terrific catch in centerfield by Henry who threw back to second base to complete a double play.

For his contributions on the mound (2 IP, 0 ER, 4 SO) and at the plate (2-2, 2 RBI), Nico won the MVP Award. For his terrific heads up play in center field, as well as consistently hustling all game, Henry won the Heart and Hustle Award.
